References for the supernova EOS tables

The original HS EOS model was published in the Nucl. Phys. A article listed below. In this article the TMA interactions were used and the corresponding EOS was discussed in great detail. The SFHo and SFHx tables also have their own reference and the BHBΛ and BHBΛφ tables as well. The tables for TM1 and FSUgold have been applied in core-collapse supernova simulations in the articles from Steiner et al. and Hempel et al., where their properties are at least briefly discussed. Therefore these two articles can be used as references for the TM1 and FSUgold tables. The properties of all of the eight EOS tables are briefly discussed and compared with each other in the article from Fischer et al. In this article, DD2 has been used for the first time in core-collapse supernova simulations.

The article from Hempel 2014 discusses nucleon single-particle properties such as the self-energies or effective masses of the same EOS tables. In addition, simple expressions for consistent weak charged-current rates are given.

For all tables, especially for the unpublished ones, additionally something like the following sentence can be used as a reference/specification:

"We apply the supernova EOS table calculated with the model of Hempel & Schaffner-Bielich (2010), whereas the XX nucleon interactions [XX] and the nuclear mass table from Ref. [YY] have been used [M. Hempel, private communication]."

For 'XX' the correct name and reference of the RMF parameterization of the nucleon interactions should be chosen, and for 'YY' the correct reference to the mass model. Please write me if you have any questions.
